Vandalism on Scientologist's building

http://www.freiepresse.deAnother act of vandalism by persons unknown has occurred on a building being renovated by Scientologist building tycoon Kurt Fliegerbauer. This time it was the as yet unfinished building on 13 Hauptmarkt, the former "Milchbar." Sometime between the hours of 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday and 6 a.m. on Wednesday, persons unknown brought a tar-like solution and smeared it on floors, walls and ceilings. It is presumed the perpetrators gained access via scaffolding. Damage was estimated at 30,000 Euro. The construction company under contract with Fliegerbauer filed a legal complaint. The police are seeking witnesses who saw anything suspicious near the building at the indicated times. They would have had buckets and rollers with long handles, otherwise they could not have reached the ceilings, according to the police. (TK)
