From grahameb@aol.com Wed May 28 18:06:29 2003 SCIENTOLOGY'S EVIL EMPIRE STRIKES AGAIN: A. On May 27, 2003 Pacific Standard Time the following three messages were posted to Use Net Group Alt. Religion Scientology ("ARS") at 6.15 am (message 12), 7.52 pm (message 13) and 10.44 pm (message 14) respectively; B. Message 13 was posted through Google Groups from my temporary New Zealand address where it was May 28, 2003 (New Zealand time). It was posted at approximately 3 pm NZ time; C. At approx. 8 pm NZ time it was listed on a Google Groups Search ‘Graham Berry' by date. It did not appear on ARS, according to my server; D. At 6 am May 29, 2003 NZ time that listing reference had disappeared and the posting was not on ARS, according to my server; E. However, there was a reference to G. I. Joe's posting message 14 on a Google Groups Search ‘Graham Berry' by date; F. G. I. Joe's message 13 was on ARS, Tigger's message 12 was on ARS but my message 13 was not; G. My message 13 could be accessed through the G.I. Joe post (at least temporarily); H. Curious, I returned to the Google Groups Search ‘Graham Berry' by date to find the G. I. Joe listing had also disappeared; I. The only reference to my message 13 appears to be through the G. I. Post message 14 and any subsequent posts; J. I could find no reference to any the posts when I searched Lightlink and when I searched Neil Levin and Kendrick Moxon; K. I am not sure whether I am being "gaslighted," or whether Scientology has totally infiltratated Google, or whether there is a new Kobrin ‘cancelbot' on the loose. In any event, the three posts are set forth below: 1. THE COMPLETE BERRY MESSAGE 13 IN THREAD: On the corner of Ivar Avenue and number 6331 Hollywood Boulevard in Hollywood, Los Angeles is an old Hollywood Building once occupied by the Hollywood Guaranty Bank and now occupied by the L. Ron Hubbard Life Exhibition. Church of Scientology staffers know the building as "the old HGB building." Ironically, the L. Ron Hubbard Life Exhibition is opposite the Hollywood Museum of Death. The ‘old HGB Building' is approximately 14 floors tall. Every single window of the entire building is heavily curtained. The curtains and blinds of every window are nearly always closed. No one can see into the building and no one can see out. On the roof of the building are communication dishes and antennae. At the second floor level of the building, on the corner of Ivar and Hollywood, is a remotely controlled surveillance camera that is regularly scanning the streets and people below. The sidewalk beside the building is patrolled by uniformed security guards seemingly dressed too resemble LAPD officers. On the corner beside ‘the old HGB building' is a newly renovated two-floor building. It's only emblem is the coat of arms of the little known Religious Technology Center (‘RTC'). There is a constant scurrying of people from a single service entrance on the Ivar Avenue side of ‘the old HGB building' and the rear alley of the RTC building. These people are often young teenagers who appear as though they should still be in school. They are ‘religious volunteers' on the staff of one of the Churches and corporations of Scientology. The Church of Scientology recently commissioned a research survey of community opinion in its Clearwater stronghold in Florida. On May 23, 2003 the St. Petersburg Times reported that " the [research] group was asked what one word first came to mind when they heard ‘Scientology.' Their responses: cult, despicable, lost souls and evil, mind controlling." Scientology's self-damning Clearwater survey is mirrored on the sidewalk of ‘the old HGB building' at 6331 Hollywood Boulevard, Los Angeles. Even the homeless condemn the church. Apparently a nearby ‘soup kitchen' for the homeless had to be moved because Scientology did not want such needy undesirables gravitating to its neighborhood! The deceptive ‘two-faced' nature of the Church of Scientology is reflected by the two sides of ‘the old HGB building' itself. The single side service entrance of the building is number 1710 Ivar Avenue. There is nothing to indicate that it is associated with RTC. However, the official address of RTC, the Religious Technology Center, is 1710 Ivar Avenue, Suite 1100, Los Angeles, CA 90028. Around the corner at the 6331 Hollywood Boulevard entrance, beside the L. Ron Hubbard Life Exhibition, there is also no sign indicating the occupants of the upper floors of the building. Similarly, the official address of the Church of Scientology International (‘CSI') is Suite 1200, 6331 Hollywood Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90028. The lack of appropriate street level signage does not allow easy access to the upper floors of number 6331 Hollywood Boulevard. Officious security personnel, who are regularly speaking into telephones and walkie-talkie radios, guard the lobby. Indeed, I have been told that "unless you are in the Scientology Sea Organization everyone going into the lobby is suspect and is treated like a criminal." Even OT VII level Scientologists doing volunteer work for Scientology's Office of Special Affairs ("OSA") cannot proceed past the lobby of number 6331 alone. OSA security guards will come down and escort the person upstairs, usually into an interior conference room. Generally, the person is never able to go beyond that conference room. One former OSA volunteer said, "it is weird that all of the curtains are always drawn but the whole organization is weird. They do not want anyone to see into the building." Similarly, a telephone technician told me, "I went over [to 6331] on a job. I do not know what they do there but it is very strange. I couldn't go anywhere without an escort. It's scary." That comment is not surprising because Scientology's OSA is in the business of creating and spreading fear and ‘psycho-terror." Indeed, "terror is the creation of fear and fear can buy you power." The pursuit of worldwide totalitarian power is OSA's primary goal. In essence, OSA functions as Scientology's ‘Ministry of Truth and Propaganda.' OSA demonizes the critics of Scientology and fills everyone else with paralyzing terror. OSA has to create critics and enemies and then apply "Fair Game" as part of its program to succeed. Fair Game is OSA's version of the Spanish Inquisition. Scientology falsely claims that it does not practice Fair Game anymore. However, it is obvious that it does not practice Fair Game any less either! The Fair Game policies and practices, and the Scientology ‘Hard Sell Pack,' are all things that explain what kind of ways OSA can engage in world-wide "psycho-terrorism" from CSI's Los Angeles headquarters. The daily comings and goings from the 6331 Hollywood Boulevard Building reflects a veritable Who's Who of the Scientology Evil Empire, including: CSI Secretary Lynn Farney; OSA lawyer ‘terminal' or contact Neil Levin; OSA lawyers Elliot Abelson and William ("Bill") T. Drescher; Moxon & Kobrin lawyers such as Helena Kobrin and Ava Paquette, to name but a few. In fact, the real and most frequented offices of these various lawyers are at number 6331 Hollywood Boulevard contrary to their respective representations to various courts of law and the California State Bar. This is not at all surprising. The Scientology organization and its lawyers are very adroit at denial and deception techniques. " Killing the judge's dog" is just one example of how Scientology's rules supersede ours [Google: killing, pool, dogs]. Consequently, scientology executives often seem like Mafiosi posing as clerics while scientology lawyers often resemble outlaws posing as attorneys. Number 6331 Hollywood Boulevard is not the only home of the Moxon & Kobrin crime machine. Moxon & Kobrin also has an office with OSA in Clearwater, Florida where former "unindicted ‘DC- 9' co-conspirator Kendrick Moxon" has been busy against attorney Ken Dandar who represents the Estate of the late Lisa McPherson. Moxon has suggested that it can be "necessary for religious convictions to lie." Robert Cipriano deposition, August 200, page 495. Former President Bill Clinton was suspended from legal practice for five years because of a false statement under oath in the Paula Jones case. In contrast, the Moxon & Kobrin law firm engages with impunity in bribery, blackmail, multiple conflicts of interest, unlawful client solicitation, perjury, obstruction of justice, false criminal complaints and frauds upon numerous courts. Of course, this merely reflects one "definition of $cientology integrity: It's true if it's true for you." As a St. Petersburg Times editorial stated, "This is unlike any other church we know." Clearly, and by most definitions, OSA is ‘a hate group.' Perhaps the Church of Scientology should belatedly remember what former President Richard N. Nixon said in a farewell speech to his White House staff: " Don't hate your enemies. If you hate them your hate will destroy you." Graham E.
