If you believe Hubbard was a C.E., Ph.D, scientology will also tell you he was a war hero...

*E.E. Manney was the printer for L Ron Hubbard. The correspondences between the two discuss the printing of the Brainwashing Manual, as published by the church of scientology

See the Letters in the:
The E.E. Manney Collection of Images

*E.E. Manney was the printer for 'Gerald L.K. Smith:' LINK to Google Book: Antisemitism: a historical encyclopedia of prejudice and persecution Volume 1 edited by Richard S. Levy

Quotes from Page 151 of: Antisemitism: a historical encyclopedia of prejudice and persecution, Volume 1 cites a publication printed by E.E. Manney for Gerald K Smith as Editor The Cross and Flag the official publication of The America First Party. The Canadian Government banned it from the mails.

The US Government labeled The Cross and the Flag as a source of subversion in the Sedition Indictment, "United States vs Winrod," 1943.

The American First Party became the Christian Nationalist Party in 1948

Wikipedia: Gerald L.K. Smith

"Smith lobbied for decades for release of all Nazi war criminals convicted at the Nuremberg War Tribunals. He later suggested that the Holocaust never happened and that various politicians had links to a 'Jewish Conspiracy'...He was also a prominent member of William Dudley Pelley's pro-Nazi Silver Shirts organization patterned, after Hitler's brown shirts...Smith's life-long benefactor, Wickliffe Draper (1891-1972), founder of The Pioneer Fund in 1937..."

The Cross and Flag had the highest circulation of all the extreme right wing publications. Attacking modernism, jews, zionism, communism and the civil rights movement.

Was it L Ron Hubbard reading Cross and Flag that led him to consider E.E. Manney the printer for Scientology?
