Did you know that Ken breached that contract and scientology already has
judgements for about 1,000,000 against the estate and ken dandar?

Did you know that the ultimate award amount { which is the only amouont
to be determined, having WON their breach of contract case in florida ]
could be as high as 5 or ten million dollars?

They succeeded in turning a wise-crack followup to a posting on ars that Kieth henson made into a criminal conviction.

They took another post mentioning 79 year old Ida camburn into the threat, and produced the posting to cause the local sheriff to vist her to inquire just what was she baking inside her snickerdoodles.

Ken Dandar SIGNED a secret agreement with Scientology - HE CONTRACTED WITH MIKE RINDER's organiztion.. in writing..HE did this LONG ago.. and agreed to not try to name or sue and of the executives or borard memebers or other organizations other than Flag Ship Organization..
in exchange for that, FSO agreed that they would not strip assets, or create a shell, to make any judgement uncollectable { eg.. do what they did to Wollersheim )

Ken Dandar BREACHED this aggreement. They won a case on it in teas and have a judgement for 500,000 against Ken and a pronouncement of him as a vexatious litigator... They won a separate summary judgement for this breach of contract in Shaeffers court, and all thats left for a jury to determine is the DAMAGE award.. which might go 5-10 million. I believe the attorney fees are already awarded. 300 grand...

Scientology is moving to collect on those judgements NOW...

Even *IF* he gets a big award from a jury... the first 6-11 million go right back to the cult for the BREACH case..

If he gets a big award from a jury AND its more than 6-11 million, he needs 2 million more to pay bob minton back. And Bob will get it back, - how long would you be willing to deal with someone who was using your money to call you a liar?

So, lets say Dandar gets a 20 million Award for a wrongful death case... Historically, Wrongful Death cases happen all the time in Florida. I mean, old folks, move there... to get old and then they die.

Lots of claims are made....they do not often have a history of awards for millions of dollars, much less often ten million...

Dandar needs ten million to break even!

Using judgements for court costs and the like, and bankruptcy proceedings...Scientology's Kendrick moxon appeared at ex OT 8 Michael Pattinson's door to take the paintings off his wall, to satisfy a judgement...
